- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Any jackass who home brews can open a brewery, but these brewers know how to make excellent beer. Malt profiles and hop varietals used are appropriate for styles, and have layers of flavours. Some beers have subtle fruit & other additions - well judged and balanced. Happy to see they CAN beer and aren't pretentious about using bottles - like Bellwood's, for example. The brewer/partner serving us was a real kind guy.
