Delivery always on time or before. Coupons always honored. Service always great. Will admit in the past service was lacking but they seemed to have greatly improved on that in all aspects. Thanks!

I was in the store trying to get a snack pack that they apparently don't have in their pod system anymore even though it was on the menu board. So I asked if they could charge me for a similarly priced item. They started getting really upset and they weren't willing to help. There was no manager and nobody knew what they were doing. I called customer service and who tried calling them numerous times and said they wouldn't answer. Then a young male employee with blonde hair started yelling telling me to get out of the store because nobody cares about my $3 pizza and nobody wants me here. It was extremely rude. I have never been treated like that in customer service. I am waiting to speak to the manager as I recorded the incident on my phone and I am going to show him and possibly post it on Facebook/YouTube.
