Had bad experience with one of the staff , didn't know how to interact with a customer or basic maners , made me feel like I was stupid,pointed out to him and talked to Manger, never expect this younger generation know or understands how to deal with people,even those who work in the service industry ,suggest management do roll play with there employees.. Sad
